What a fantastic experience! I brought my vehicle in for its MOT last week, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn't mind waiting at all. One thing that stood out to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction; they genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more seating available, as it got a bit crowded while I was there. Overall, a top-notch experience, and I will certainly be returning for my next MOT!
